The restoration work of 2010 was undertaken with great respect for the original aesthetics of the building, which is listed as a protected historical and cultural monument by the Generalitat de Catalunya. The hotel also has an annex building around 50 m away from the main building, which is built in Catalan modernist style, and which increases the capacity of rooms and services at the property. The hotel offers a total of 22 rooms.
